Exciting News Creating tickets and communicating with our tech experts is about to get even easier with the launch of our new ticket system QSGPro on February 14th!

 

At Quantum Services Group our goal is to provide you with the best customer experience while solving your toughest IT problems. We’ve listened to your feedback and ideas from our team to create a new ticket system that will make getting and tracking support even easier!

 

This new platform comes with dozens of customer-centric features and tools that allow us to provide you with the best experience possible, at every step of the way.

HOW TO SUBMIT A TICKET

Email

One of the fastest ways to submit a ticket is by sending an email to our support team. Simply click here to open a new email message and type a detailed summary of your problem.

When emails are down or calling is more convenient you can reach us at 248-247-3000 anytime between 7am – 7pm. We also provide after-hours support with on-call technicians so help is always available.

Chat

An exciting new way to connect with our techs! To start a chat go to helpdesk.qsgit.com, in the lower right corner of the window you will see a “Chat Now” button. Click that button and enter your name, click “go” and your chat is submitted – the next available technician will assist you!

Online Form

You can also submit a ticket directly inside our QSG PRO system! Click here to submit a new ticket online.

Search for Tickets

To search for a ticket visit QSG PRO and in type the ticket number into the top search bar. If your ticket number exists in our system the ticket will be displayed in the results.

Leave Feedback

A great new feature for QSG PRO is the ability to leave feedback. This helps us make continuous improvements to our service and support. Send us your ideas and discuss with other customers on our feedback page. To access the feedback page from the home screen simply click the feedback button under the main search bar on the QSG PRO homepage.

Visit our Downloads page by clicking the “Downloads” button. We’ll include patches, company marketing materials, and more!

Submit New Tickets

You can submit a ticket directly inside our QSG PRO system by clicking the “Contact Us” button on the homepage! Click here to submit a new ticket online.

UNDERSTANDING TICKET RESPONSES

TICKET RECEIVED NOTIFICATION

After you submit a ticket using one of the options above, you will receive an email automatically from QSGPro. This email will give you a link to view your ticket in QSGPro and add a response.

ADD RESPONSE TO TICKETS

To add a response to a ticket either login to QSGPro directly or click the link from the initial ticket received email (see above). You can add a response in the message window. Once your response has been added the technician will be notified. You will be emailed again when they respond to your ticket.

CLOSING TICKETS

In QSGPro you can close tickets and our technicians can close tickets. To close a ticket follow the steps above to access your ticket in QSGPro and then click the “close this ticket” button. This will successfully close the ticket. If a technician closes a ticket you will get an email from QSGPro to notify you. Tickets that are closed will display as closed in the ticket details (see screenshot below).
